1. Appointment Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance through our member portal.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid being charged for the session.
3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of that session.
4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that other clients are not affected.
5. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the original time without penalty.
6. Membership Requirements: All bookings are available exclusively to active members. Ensure your membership is current to avoid any interruptions.
7. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions prior to your session.
